Donna German  was raised in a large family in the Catholic Faith on a farm in Northwest Kansas.  Donna met and married her husband Les while going to college to become an LPN, in Dodge City, KS.  She worked as an LPN in many capacities; hospitals, Dr. offices, nursing homes while raising their 3 children. She came to know the Lord as her Savior and was baptized at the age of 23.  Since becoming saved, filled and transformed by the power of God, she has been led to teach, preach and facilitate healing to those around her.  When her family moved to Elk City in 1989, God directed her to start the Pregnancy Care Center for the area, which currently continues to grow and develop. The center was a completion to a word that Donna received from the Lord, All things work together for the good of those who love the Lord even the abortion you had before you gave me your life. Under the auspices of Aglow International Donna went on to begin a jail ministry, which currently has 2 teams of ministry women who go into the Beckham County jail, and she also started a jail ministry in Washita County. In 2001 Donna was led by the Lord to obtain ordination, which she obtained through Trinity Fellowship of Sayre, Oklahoma under Pastor/Apostle Andy Taylor. In 2001 she also was a part of an Aglow Mission Trip to the Rose Bud Reservation in South Dakota.  In 2002 Donna was led to begin a ministry called Joshua's Crossing Ministry, a Biblical counseling, healing and deliverance ministry, that she provided from her home and the church office.  In April of 2004, a ministry office was opened in a historical building in downtown Elk City, then in 2007 the office moved to The Promise Center located at 1st and Main in Elk City.  Donna served as vice-President of the Elk City Aglow from 2002-2004, then served as President from 2004 to 2006-after that serving in the public relations capacity until 2007. Since May of 2004 her husband Les has ministered to the men, and they both minister to couples.  The Lord has blessed the ministry with miracles, signs and wonders, as people are set free from demonic strongholds, bondages, and lies, and move into the revelation of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Joshua's Crossing Ministry is called to continue to grow and develop, training others in the area of inner healing and deliverance, and Christian marriage enrichment.  Donna has a gift of intercession, prophecy and the anointing for inner healing, teaching and exhortation. Donna is currently pursuing her Masters Degree of Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute.
