Les and Donna German have been married 34 years, have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.  They have called Elk City, Oklahoma their home since 1989.  Les and Donna have different and distinct giftings, that blend together for a powerful ministry of the prophetic, healing, teaching and warfare anointing. Their training for ministry includes; “Vine Life Biblical Counseling” in Oklahoma City, Theophostic Ministry; Basic and Advanced by Dr. Ed Smith, Tower Prayer by Julie Peters of Florida, Deliverance Ministry by Doris Wagner, Plumbline Ministries by Arthur Burk, SWAT training at Two Rivers in Bixby, Oklahoma, as well as various other Deliverance /Occult Conferences.   Under the unction of the Holy Spirit, “Joshua’s Crossing Ministry” was founded in 2002 on a part-time basis working from a church office and out of their home.  In April of 2004 they opened a ministry office in a newly renovated historic building in downtown Elk City.  Since that time the ministry has continued to grow and develop with individuals and married couples being healed, delivered and set free from bondages, given tools for warfare and set on the rock of relationship with Jesus Christ in the Kingdom of God. They have gone on several mission trips with Mission Native America under the direction of Pastor Jerry Mash and Jay Swallow. They are facilitators in the Oklahoma Marriage Enrichment Program.  You can hear their radio spots concerning marriage and family on KXOO The Rock, 94.3 FM, (www.kxoofm.com) during the Hour of Power from 9AM to 10AM, Monday-Friday.  They also serve as Beckham County Prayer Coordinators for the Apostolic Prayer Network.  Joshua’s Crossing Ministries is a member of The American Association of Christian Counselors.
